It’s finals week and my boss is in France, so, needless to say, I am stressed out. When you get stressed it weakens your immune system and you get sick. Add Arkansas’ pollen levels and a weeks worth of torrential rain and we’ve got a serious mucus party happening in/on my face. This never would have happened had I not quit smoking. When smokers get stressed, they smoke. When ex-smokers get stressed, they just get sick. This is stupid. Who gets a cold in May? I mean really. Well, me I guess. The worst part is I can’t even taste the tacos that normally help with the stress. Or the Peanut Butter Cookie/Cup Sandwiches. Plus they just make more mucus. I can’t win. But it is May and I should have some of the new Daily Photographs up by the end of the day. Plus, it is Crawfish day, so there might photographs of that as well. We shall see. ~SC
