Conversations About Fruit.

Thank goodness, I survived Thanksgiving.

You don’t realize how full you are until someone asks you to pick the turkey clean and the scent of meat gags you. That was my body giving me a warning shot across the bow. “If you eat any of that, you’ll be sorry.”

Don’t worry I had already eaten so much ridiculous stuff that I wasn’t even considering eating any of the turkey.

I had plates of food that I made.

Desserts. From left, clockwise: Creamie Bar, Pumpkin Pie Cake, Chocolate Rice Krispie Treat, White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie.

And plates that others made for me.

Yes. That is a plate of broccoli slaw and deviled eggs.

I didn’t get very far into either of those plates because I had already eaten three rounds of the usual suspects. Turkey, dressing with gravy, green bean casserole, Dooley noodles, deviled eggs, broccoli slaw, mac and cheese, risotto, hummus, and buttered yeast rolls.

I’m such a fatboy.

I did finally manage to eat a cold turkey sandwich last night. I managed to salvage two pieces of bread from a package that Little Peddler considered “too old” and toasted them up. I topped those with a little Miracle Whip and cold dark meat. Heavenly. In my mouth.

Honestly, my schedule has been off since Wednesday. I guess it all started when Top Chef didn’t come on. Since then I’ve been all mixed up. Today I am making an effort to correct that. I have got to get the Secret Doctor’s Book to the printers and lots of cleaning up to do. If I can manage to do a bunch of weekend work then maybe it will feel like the weekend.

Well, now I have to go make poop. I hope you all had a great Turkey Day. More soon. ~SC

P.S. I forgot to mention that I have updated the General Photographs with photos from Thursday. I have started a new series which will probably end up getting it’s own page very soon. Let me know what you think.
