Turns out, we’ll feed them to the chickens. They were all dried up. The brussel sprouts, not the chickens.
Today is a day of stupid things. And by that I mean I have to work on my Prob/Stats homework. All day. Well, until I finish it. It is mainly practicing hypothesis testing and testing the differences between two hypotheses. I have come to realize that most of the work that we do in my class involves us making a lot of assumptions about populations and samples of populations. You could actually know nothing about the population and make assumptions about a sample of that population and then generate numbers and graphs and whatnot to demonstrate how this population will act, vote, think, etc. Scary. Have you ever heard the saying that 98% of statistics are made up? It’s true. As a matter of fact, I just made that one up.
Maybe I’ll go to the pet store and pick up some Otocinclus for the fish tank. We have a Plecostomus, but he is huge and lazy. The plan is get about three or four Oto-cats and put Ol’ Stomy in Little Peddler’s giant tank and then subsequently put her small Plecostomus into her smaller tank. Maybe I can talk her into driving all the way across town in her car and thereby saving me gas and decreasing the risk of my car lighting on fire.
But, not until I finish my homework. Ugh. College is stupid. Well, I’d better get started if I am ever going to finish. More soon. ~SC
