I have been talking to myself, hopefully not out loud, for a while now and it just dawned on me that I haven’t actually written any of it down. Not that I can remember half of what I wanted to say and the half that I can remember is stuff that I can’t talk about it, yet.

I have been doing a lot of thinking about the upcoming year. As of the first of January, I will have photographed myself everyday, at least once a day, for a year. That’s awesome. I am putting something together to celebrate it, but that is not what has got me thinking this morning. The question in my mind is do I continue doing the self portraits or do I photograph something else daily?

I just looked into setting up a poll to get feedback on this from you loyal readers out there, but it was a big hassle of creating accounts and customizing stuff and I abandoned the poll idea. So, you officially lost your say in this based on my unwillingness to create a fair and just voting system. Fine, fine, if you want to vote on it, send me an email to sandwichcontrol at gmail dot com.

But, I can’t promise that your vote will mean diddly squat. What? Don’t look at me like that. This is not the United Democratic Provinces of Sandwich Control Readers. This is Sandwich Control. That’s me. I’m the one having to take the freakin’ photographs everyday. I get the final word on it. I will, however, take them into consideration. I mean, if you give me a good idea, I’ll totally steal it from you. I might even give you some credit, if you’re lucky.

Today is the last day of finals. Woohoo! I will be heading to school a little early today to hock my books for a fraction of the purchase price. You pay $300 for a book and they buy it back for $50. Then they sell it used for $150. Bastards. What are gonna do, huh? Such is the world of college. Hey, it will pay for dog food. God knows that I need a small fortune to feed those two horses of mine.

Is it time to go back to bed, yet?

Well, I need to go unload a kiln before I head to school. Wish me luck on my finals. More soon. ~SC

Best of luck to you. I am wearing my aluminum foil cap with antenae to better send you the brain waves. In your honor, I am also making 8th graders lives miserable by giving them a big test today as well as on Thursday/Friday for Semester Tests.

    Have a nice day.
