I Caught Everybody With An Egg In My Hand.

I love eggs. They might just be my favorite food. It is such a versatile food. They say that eggs are one of those foods that anyone can cook, but it takes a lifetime to perfect the process by which you cook it. Meaning that, an ape can fry an egg once, but it takes years of practice to fry it the same way consistently. I am learning this. My Papa Sandwiches are good and you can eat them, but there are differences from one to the next. I am getting better. It is only going to take me, say, the rest of my life to get it right. I can live with that. This just means that I get to eat Papa Sandwiches on a regular basis until I die. I like this plan.

Today my nose is like a volcano of mucous. It is so gross. I don’t really feel sick. My face is just congested. Perhaps, the milk in my coffee wasn’t such a great choice. Well, I’ll just have to suffer through it I guess.

Let us see what the agenda for today entails. Looks like I’ll be working on my next article, and reading True Grit, and maybe moving the RV to Lippincottonia. Other than that, I’m pretty free today. Maybe I’ll just “rest” today. Yeah, right. I don’t just “rest” ever. I am the type of person who is constantly doing stuff. Pancake Land says that it is an endearing trait. I am very glad that she thinks so. Most people might find it irritating, I think. Perhaps it is the fact that I am out of her hair most of the day that she finds so endearing. Either way, she puts up with me and I am thankful for that.

Maybe she and I will play one of the many card games that I have been mysteriously procuring lately. Funny how that happens. In the past three weeks I have collected, on average, a card game a week. From Scrabble Slam! which was in my stocking at Grismas, to Mille Borne which I discovered at Le Target the other day, to Monopoly Deal which I stole from Prince Jazzbo’s house yesterday. I have also had my eye on the new Yahtzee, Sorry, and Uno games. Just what I need. More paper.

Well, the creative wheels are turning and I had best direct them towards my next article for the City Wire. More soon. ~SC
