Trying To Make A Dovetail Joint.

February 17, 2010 by sandwichcontrol

I woke up this morning with Glass Onion playing in my head. It was the weirdest thing. So, in honor of that I decided to heed destiny’s call and drink from my Dovetail Studios coffee cup. It has a really big octopus on it. It is most excellent. It is also probably the most expensive coffee cup I will ever own. (We potters sure do love the barter system!) That is unless I become ridiculously wealthy at which point I will pay someone to let me drink coffee from their hand. That’s how wealthy I will be.

Anywho, I want to wish Andi the Numbers good luck to today. She is taking her CPA exam. Holy crap. I don’t even know what CPA stands for. All you people with your fancy tests with their fancy acronyms. Does anybody even know what these letters mean? I think that we just know that we have to take the tests. Whatever, rambling. Well, good luck Andi. Everyone be sure to send her some good accounting doo-jies today.

Well, Le Duke has returned which means I probably have to actually do something today. Lame. It will be okay, though. I still have another disc and a half left of Heat. Then I get to start in on the NPR funny stories album I snagged from the library. I like how I go to the library to borrow audiobooks. I cannot be bothered to borrow an actual book. Real books I have to own. It is a sickness, really. I guess if you think about it, I am owning the audiobooks as well, since I put them on my computer where they live forever in my possession. Hmm… that’s interesting. I hadn’t thought of that. Perhaps my hoarding has manifested itself digitally. Nah. I am much to anal about what stays on my hard drive to call it hoarding. I like to think of it as collecting. It denotes quality over quantity, the reoccurring theme in my life.

Speaking of reoccurring themes, I have to go to work now. More soon. ~SC

Thanks for the good wishes. I will report back as soon as the score is posted! I scheduled the Regulation (Tax) Section for April 14. Thought that was good timing.
