The Subtle Mechanics Of French Doors.

And a good Monday morning to all. It is currently my belief that kittens would be infinitely more irritating if they were not cute. Rule out cuteness and what you are left with is a tiny, hairy, jerk who shits a lot and, given the opportunity, will destroy your favorite thing. Luckily for them they are cute. I guess we give them a lot of leeway because they are babies, too. You don’t see a grown up cat, regardless of cuteness, getting away with as much as a kitten does. By the time they reach adulthood, they should know better. Anyways, cute.

Not my kitten.

So I am in a pretty good mood this morning. Perhaps it is because I know there is a new episode of SModcast awaiting me on the iPod. Perhaps it is because I believe the USPS will not let me down and will deliver my Mastering the Art of French Cooking Volumes I & II today.

Whoa, I totally just got a chill in my bones. Hold on, I’m gonna go grab my hoodie.

Ah, much better. Shorts and a hoodie. I know. I need some of those instant soccer pants. You know the ones with the snaps. That would make life more normal for sure. Instant pants, your ticket to normalcy.

Anyways, back to my hopeful expectations. I have no idea what I am working on today, but the hopeful expectation, regarding work, is that I will get to listen to the new episode of SModcast and possibly more of Fool, which is turning out to be pretty brilliant. I am quickly becoming a Christopher Moore fan despite the fact that he is a silly person.

Other stuff on the agenda for today…um, let’s see… a lot of errand running. I need to mail Zaxxon’s iPod back to him. I need to return my audiobooks to the Library. I need to return the movies to the Red Box. I need to punch your face. I just threw that in there to see if you were paying attention.

Well, it is time to get ready to go. Happy Monday. More soon. ~SC

P.S. If you haven’t seen The Invention of Lying, go watch it. The cameos alone make it worth it.

Americans are getting better and better at soccer all the time. Lookout!
