Oh, Barry, That’s Not How You Kill A Zombie.

I was at Books-A-Million yesterday when I spotted a magnet portraying Pres. Obama (Barry) punching a zombie in the face. I had no prepared response for this. I had to buy one. They had a bunch more if you want one. Here check it out:

Maybe that's why he won the Nobel Peace Prize, for his zombie fighting skills.

Anyway, I found some other really great scores there, which I did not buy due to various buying bans that I have put in place for myself. I did find a hardback first edition of When You’re Engulfed In Flames by David Sedaris on clearance for $7.99 and they still have a bunch of hardback first edition copies of I Like You by Amy Sedaris on clearance as well. Also, the Anthony Bourdain book Medium Raw came out yesterday. They have it for 20% off for members. I want it, but I still haven’t finished The Nasty Bits, which I received for Grismas, and I still have No Reservations, that Teacher Sis got me, to read. No new books for me. Well, not for a while anyway.

Yesterday, I found out that my first chemistry test is this Thursday. Awesome. So, tonight I get to study my polyatomic ions some more. I am also supposed to head over to the Furious/Mick household to preview my new website tonight. Furious Jessy and I were supposed to meet up last night, but she injured her knee whilst slip-n-sliding. Being a teacher in the summer is so hard. Wanna see her knee? She sent me a photo to explain why I shouldn’t bother coming over last night. I understood when I when I saw it.

Wounded knee.

And on that note, I need to go get ready for school. More soon. ~SC

It’s even better today! I’ll take more pictures. I’m taking painkillers I’ll let you know if I’m going to be comatose.
