No. That's my prerogative.

Today is Friday. That means that the first half of my retrospectacle is on the City Wire. You can read it here. Mike Tango has got me retuning the second half to be more oriented on the food scene. After rereading it, I can see his point. So, that’s on my plate for Sunday morning.

We’ve a long way to go before Sunday morning, though. I have to get through work today, which will probably be a lot of packing boxes of pots for the Baltimore show. Then there’s lunch with Word to Me. Probably a little dinner. Maybe a little work in the new office. Off to bed early so I can get up early. Pick up Operation B. Work on insulating the office until it gets too hot out there. Retreat back into the A/C to start cooking “Creamy Bars” for the Nanny birthday bash. After that, crash early in order to trick myself into thinking that I slept late. Then, I get to work on the article touch up stuff. Lots to do before then.

I heard back from Curly Bill concerning the kitchen slave job he interviewed for. He didn’t take the first job, but he took the second one. I think he might even be starting out cooking. Nice. Well, be sure to send some congrats his way and to wish him luck in his slave-itude.

Oh, I forgot to tell you. We sold Big Red. It couldn’t have come at a better time. We managed to pay off that amazing adventure weekend and pay a little on Ava. So nice.

Anyway, I’ve gotta go to work now. More soon. ~SC
