Dissolving Right Triangles.

Happy Fuh-fuh-fuh-fuh-friday! My new article is up on the City Wire. You can read it here.

This weekend is looking like it is going to be a long torturous one. Tonight is going to be the enjoyment/relaxation part of the weekend. Then, on to pain and suffering. It really won’t be that bad. Tomorrow Le Duke and I are drywalling my new office. Hopefully, we can get drywall up and get it mudded so that I can sand it and remud it on Sunday. We are also putting the new door in. Lord Steve Dee is supposed to be roofing the part of my house that allows rainwater to come inside and drip on the floor. In addition to the manual house work, I have to find a restaurant to review, eat there, and write an article. That’s easy enough. The torturous stuff comes when I have to do the mountain (think isosceles triangle) of Trig homework that I was given on Thursday.

I am so not looking forward to that. Anyway, the good news is that I might be getting yet another job. I don’t really know any details about it or if it will pan out, so I can’t say much about it at this time. I’ll let you know when I know something.

I’m pretty excited about my new office. The thought of having my own little room filled with my stuff is awesome. In there, I will have no one to blame the mess on, except me. I am stoked at the fact that I fill have a place to just spread ideas out and work on them. Plus, I am ready to play with my new dry/erase board that was donated by the My Sister Is the Coolest Person Ever Foundation. Between the new dry/erase board, my periodic table, my mineral chart, my painting of Andrei Chikatilo that Babbylon Tim made, and my huge bulletin board the walls of my office are filling up quickly. It is probably for the best that I ended up not getting that portrait of Charles Darwin that I found at the Museum of Natural History. I don’t know if I’ll anywhere to hang it. Office!

It has come to that time again, when I must away to work. Tonight is risotto night. I am thinking of trying a new chicken recipe that has yet to be written. Wish me luck. More soon. ~SC
