The Ever Growing Pile Of Paperwork.

My desk looks like a trash heap. I am sitting here at my trash heap, hunched over the world’s smallest keyboard, eyes glazed over from sleep, trying to drink coffee and think of something to tell you about it.

It is still dark out. There should be rules about getting up before the sun comes out. We humans, on a whole, have poor night vision. That is why we are supposed to stay in our caves until the sun is up. So as to not get eaten by a smilodon. Plus, bats are out when it is dark and bats are creepy.

This is the part where I refrain from telling you about how incredibly irritating it is to have to park 2 blocks away from the math/science building and trudge for 10 minutes through the pouring rain to go to a lab, when if parking at the University was sufficient, that never would have happened. Instead I am going to talk about Bones.

I was feeling kind of stressed out yesterday. I am trying to get a lot of stuff done before this weekend of relaxing. Anyway, in order to ignore everything that stressed me out, I just watched some more of Bones. Very much to my pleasure, they surprised me with special guest appearances by Stephen Fry as Booth’s shrink, Ernie Hudson (aka Winston Zeddemore) as a defense attorney, and Alex Winter (aka Bill S. Preston, Esq.) as a smut kingpin. I have to say that it was very nice to see Bill working again.

I could probably wax philosophically about Bill and Ted for a while, but I’ve got a lot to do today. I’ve got to go ready for Zoology. Wyld Stallyns! (I want this for Grismas.) More soon. ~SC
