Boy, Do I Have Deal For You.

Guess what I got in the mail yesterday. Go ahead, guess. Bones, Season 5, Disc 1. Yee-ah! I made steaks and baked potatoes for dinner and watched one episode so as to not blow my Bones load quite so fast. That first episode back in, and it felt like I never left.

I have got to remember to go to Der Staples today and get some damned Post-Its. I don’t know if you know this, but I do actually plan out daily posts. I make little notes on the Post-Its and then, Voila!, I have an outline for what to write about. It is convenient and it usually prevents me from having to make adjustments and corrections all day.

Now that I think about it, yesterday was a pretty damn good day. I got a bunch of work done at the studio. I got to eat steak and taters. I got to watch Bones. My sweet baby bought me 2nd row-center Willie Nelson tickets. The only really real responsibility that I had, other than cooking steaks, was to play Katamari Damacy. Last night Pancake Land could definitely feel the cosmos. But, alas, that was yesterday. Today is all business.

At some point this morning, G-Man will be by to pick up this big stack of sheet metal that has been just sitting in my backyard. I guess it would be more appropriate to say “the dog’s back yard”, but whatever. After that, I need to eat on assignment, probably with Word to Me. Then the game comes on and Pancake Land will be in feetball land all day so I am going to vacuum and shampoo the carpets in the house so that we can get rid of the fleas for the duration of the Winter. Plus, the carpets are gross. I’m sure that there is something else that I promised someone I would do today, but I can’t remember. Probably Operation B or Teacher Sis.

There’s an idea. If I can get done with my work early enough, Teacher Sis and I could make our clearance run through Der Staples, thus allowing me to purchase Post-Its, and also through Target City. I like this plan. I can’t talk to you any more. I’m on a mission. More soon. ~SC
