(In reference to the sound an object makes, when it is no longer there.)

I’d like to start out today’s post by wishing a very Happy Birthday to LB Pound. Be sure to wish her one as well.

So, yesterday was another good day for the folks of Holliday Island. (e.g. Me.) I rocked my solo workout. I then took a shower, cleaned up around the house, and headed to pick up the t-shirts. That’s right kids, we are in the t-shirt business officially now.

This is really happening.

This is really happening.

If you want one of your very own, get a hold of me. Either in person, by phone, or email. I have sizes small all the way to 2XL. And the cost is $15. If you want me to ship it to you, it’ll cost you a few bucks more. Them’s the breaks.

Speaking of t-shirts, I should let you know that I’ve come up with a winner of the Daily Photo contest. And the win is… (drum roll, please)…

Dave!

Congrats Dave on you excellent reproduction of my silly face. The runners up were (in no particular order)…

Patty and Geoffrey.

Excellent job folks. And for everybody else who didn’t win, better luck next time.

After that fun stuff, and a very filling lunch with Word to Me, it was time for me to burn some calories at Underground Ink. I printed for about 4 hours and got the first layer background done for about 160 new posters. Not bad for a day’s work. Of course, now my letterpress shop is covered in drying posters. It would take a bit of doing to unbury the box of t-shirts if anyone came by for one right now. We call that planning fallacy.

Speaking of planning fallacy, I totally forgot to go pick up the embroidered patches I ordered. Dammit.

As for today, you’ve probably noticed that I didn’t get up at 5am to make this post before working out. Very astute observation. I decided to sleep in. And it was good.

Now it is time for me to keep up with the West Brom match against Hull City. Let us hope the momentum from last week’s match against the Swans will keep up this week as we face the tigers. Boing Boing Baggies!

Okay, go watch some football.

Tonight, the evil campaign resumes…

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
