Of Notburga of Rattenburg.

Yeah. Her and a bunch of other Saints you’ve never heard of.

Speaking of things you hear about, I heard the new Zelda (Dynasty) Warriors game wasn’t that good. Sad face. Not that I’ll ever have time to play it. I still haven’t played Skyward Sword. Mainly because every time I try to, someone tries to die in real life.

Oh, somehow I managed to find time to dig through the Halloween photos and clean up a bunch. They are on the Flickr now. Go see them. Derby photos? Hahahaha! You’re so cute.

Yesterday was a hot mess. Remember how I said I was excited to get back to my routine? Well, the universe took a steaming dump on that idea. Yeah, that’s why it was such an accomplishment getting 26 photos of dinguses in costumes edited.

On a brighter note, my steel face mask came in yesterday. And my outfit for the character officially dubbed “Longstride” is coming together. Yesterday’s Daily Photo gave you a taste of it:

The outfit is coming together nicely.

It’s still a long way from being completed. Let alone actually tested in the field. No, I’m not going to attempt to fight crime or anything. The idea for the costume is that it has to be functional as well as look badass. Meaning that I should be able to do normal ranger stuff (climb stuff, shoot a bow, gut a deer, etc.) in it AND strike fear into the hearts of my enemies. So that I can subsequently hear the lamentations of their women. It is one of the things that is best in life. Didn’t you know? It’s so famous.

So far, it is looking pretty bitchin’. We’ll see if I can pull it all together. I’m expecting a few more small pieces in soon. Then, I get to start working on big pieces. Like body armor and quiver for my arrows. And knives. Big, fuck-off shiny ones.

Oh, look at the time. It’s time for me to stop fantasizing and start exercising.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC

That’s adorable, you don’t think I’m going to find something to hit you in the face with.
