And tired.

Literally.

I’d like to begin this Grismas eve post by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Blatzy. Be sure to wish him one as well.

I feel like shit this morning.

So, I’m going to keep this brief so that I can rest as much as possible before the upcoming holiday madness.

I have a head cold. Or something. My face keeps draining into my throat which is now coated with mucous. I can’t breathe. I’m just exhausted. It is probably for the best that I am taking tomorrow off from workout.

Speaking of workout, despite having a head cold, I managed to set a personal record for shoulder press this morning. Which was probably a mistake given that I am extra tired now, but whatever. I leveled up.

I am going to go take a nap.
