Now I know where to go back to.

Yesterday was a busy day. Or maybe it just felt that way because I got up 4 hours later than usual.

Whichever, I got loads done. Loads of laundry, that is.

I also cleaned up my kitchen.

And bought sliced turkey.

I also finished inking the text on my linoleum block. The text I drew by hand. Backwards. For the new poster.

After I got it all inked, I began the tedious task of carving it all out. After about 2 hours of carving this was all I had to show for it:

I quit right after I took that photo because I needed to pee really badly and don’t have a bathroom at the studio. And the sink isn’t hooked up. I was gonna just pee on a tree, which is what I usually do, but I also realized that I was starving. So, home I went.

I worked on the computer for a while. No, I didn’t work on the derby photos. But this happened:

She fell asleep in my lap. She had decided to not be batshit insane for five minutes. She’s gotta sleep at some point, right?

Throughout the day, I listened to a thing called music. I know, it’s crazy. Since I finished Harry Potter again, I get to catch up on all of the new tunes that have stacked up. These two hits were in the playlist for yesterday…

Good stuff.

Today is Monday. Which means I’ve got to go to work.

But first, I’ve got to take my busted-ass triceps to workout.
