And then eat messy food.

So, that happened yesterday.

Moving on.

Today is Lord Kelvin’s day of rest. Because I deserve it. Yesterday’s workout was extra gnarly. I took about an hour to recover enough to move around.

So, today I am taking it easy. And by that, I mean I’ll be spending the day moving furniture up and down flights of stairs.

Why? What do you do on rest day?

I also plan on working more in my studio. I got most of the new type sorted yesterday. It’s down to the ornaments now. Which is going to be tricky to say the least.

Other than that, it’ll be a normal Wednesday. Pretty much a day preparing myself for tomorrow.
