I thought it was National Hotdog Day.

That explains why everyone was posting photos of their pets.

And not posting photos of hotdogs.

I’d like to begin this morning by wishing very Happy Birthdays to Back Alley Troy and Ms. Perkins. Be sure to wish them happy ones as well.

But for real, though. Today is 50¢ corndog day at Sonic.

Yesterday was not nearly as Monday as Tuesday was.

I painted a couple of light poles/boxes/things. Brown. I painted them brown. The brown that the deck was supposed to be.

After that stint out in the sun, I came home to eat a bite of lunch and rest. I was tired. I still am. Getting older is not for sissies.

To combat my getting older, I headed over to my studio and printed a bunch of this card:

I’ve been wanting to print that for months now.

And now I have. The strange part is that I never wrote that idea down in my “Idea” book. That’s how much I wanted to print it. It never left my mind.

Today is a normal (hectic) Thursday. Only, in the midst of the mayhem, Miss Betty gets back from her trip and I am picking her up.

That means I had better get a move on if I want to get everything done before she gets back.
