And then there’s only fear left.
I’d like to begin this morning by wishing very Happy Birthdays to Word to Me and Jackie the Mick. Be sure to them one(s?) as well.
Yesterday’s workout was glorious.
What little pain I still had in my back melted away as soon as I started hurting everywhere else. Nah. Just kidding. Mostly my pain was stiffness and soreness from my muscles being all bunched up. They needed to move. To be free of resting.
Because resting is lame.
And then I was back. With my back. Baby got it. And brought sexy back. And baby back ribs.
I had coffee with the Blacksmith in which we discussed the future, the past, Earth II, tentacles, and, possibly, bears. The animal kind. Not the burly gay dude kind.
Then, I picked up my TEMPORARY (hear the optimism in voice) work car. I dropped mine off to be looked at by the guys at the car place where I picked up my TEMPORARY work car. After looking at my truck, they told me what they think is wrong, but suggested that I get a second opinion. Which I took to mean “have someone else fix it because we are too busy”.
Then, I went to my studio for a bit. It was also glorious. I had missed my studio. I didn’t print anything, but I did stock the flat file with most of my supply of paper. I also organized the paper that didn’t fit into the flat file.
I’m hoping to get in there and print today or tomorrow.
After paper sorting, I headed to work.
After work, I did a mini photoshoot of the Rev. Dark Wombat dressed as Kingpin. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that I have taken the most menacing photos of him in his entire life. Here’s a taste:
Oh. I lost my train of thought. It was scared right out of me.
Today. Um. Right. Thorsday.
(waggles head side to side)
Today is going to be a busy day. I’m making up for lost time this week. I put a bunch of stuff on hold because I was resting, so now I’ve got to slowly get to work on the list. Before it gets overwhelmingly long.
I’d better get to it.
See ya’ tomorrow.
More soon. ~SC
