Yesterday was a day that was a half step off all day. It all begin when I took the Rev. Dark Wombat to the airport. This was playing in our heads…

I got around to breakfast late. And coffee late. And the dominoes just fell from there.

I didn’t get to the Daily Photo until nearly 6pm…

It wasn’t until I got home and looked at the photo, that I realized that that half step off made the day perfect. That photo turned out beautifully. In fact, the whole day went great. It was just a hair off, so it felt a little unnatural. It’s good to get out of the routine a little bit, ya’ know?

That being said, I’m taking a Me Day. I haven’t had a day to myself in a while. What with the roadtrip and then the wedding, I haven’t had a Saturday to myself in over a month and a half.

So, I’m treating myself. I’ll probably turn my phone off. If I wind up leaving it on, don’t be surprised if I don’t answer or respond until Sunday.

Why?

BECAUSE I’M TAKING THE DAY OFF.
