Today’s theme is: Disguise.

Once again, the weekend went by too quickly.

And once again I find myself on the cusp of another long week.

Only this time it’s two weeks.

We are starting with today’s final beekeeping class in Batesville.

Then I’m housesitting for the next two weeks. On top of my normal work load. And normal stuff around my house.

The good news is that I’ll have access to really cold A/C for sleeping and decent water pressure for showering over the next two weeks. By the time I get to sleep in my own bed again, it’ll be cool enough outside that I should sleep better and hopefully my water pressure issue will be sussed out and corrected.

Plus, I’ll have some free time in the evenings to catch up on my giant stack of comics.

I did start working on reorganizing them on Saturday…

September 23

I got my new dividers all labeled and in place. I also got the second box started. I spent the majority of Saturday just puttering around in the studio. I got the second of three blocks carved for the 5 Card project I’m doing with 5 different artists.

Then, Sleep-Bee came into town and had nachos with me.

On Sunday, I did more puttering. This time I stayed in the house.

I only drove twice this weekend. Both were very short trips. Once to the bank which I had meant to do on Friday, but ran out of time. And the other trip was to buy buns because I was craving grilled smoked sausages…

Yes, that’s a grill for my stovetop. Yes, it’s amazing.

I suppose I should go get ready for this shitshow.
