I’d like to begin this morning by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Cassattack. It’d be a good idea to wish her one as well. It’s not just a clever nickname.

Yesterday was a busy day.

I drove all day.

First to Bentonville to pick up King Dingus.

Then we went to Tulsa to pick up his car that was being repaired.

Then I drove to the ranch and he drove home.

I made it sound way less intensive. But that’s an hour plus to Bentonville, two plus hours to Tulsa, and another two back. That’s just that trip. I’m not counting all the additional driving I did before and after that.

I’m just saying, I got to listen to a lot of my audiobook yesterday and it was awesome.

After the long drive, I went by to check on my ladies in the hives. One hive is rocking strong. One is kinda puny. And the third is somewhere in between. The third hive’s queen was still in her cage, so that probably has a lot to do with it’s meh-ness.

Then I took a moment and enjoyed the beautiful day…

Monday, April 09

Then me and my headache settled in for the night.

Today is another busy one. I’ve got meetings this morning and then I’ve got to do all my normal Monday stuff that didn’t get done because of the driving.

Then I’ll do my Tuesday stuff.

Before I get started on all of that, I’d like to share some goodies that the Rev. Dark Wombat has been working on.
