Maybe it’s the drugs talking, but I’m mesmerized by Superorganism…

They’re like a band that would’ve been in a cartoon on Nickelodeon in the 90’s. Something so bizarre, and yet so perfect, that it can only happen in Bluffington. I mean, look at them. They are all caricatures of people we all know. Just weirder and more exaggerated to make them more interesting for the young minds at home being shaped by them and their shenanigans.

But it’s not fiction. It’s not O-Town. It’s real and on NPR.

This is my life.

And it has officially become a 90’s Nickelodeon cartoon.

Yesterday was kinda strange.

I had to go up the hill first thing to pick up the art I took up last week.

Dealing with the art took most of my day.

But then my normal Monday stuff turned out to be pretty easy and so I didn’t die.

And I got to spend a lot of the day outside, but not in the direct sunlight, so that was nice…

Monday, May 07

I’m brainstorming ideas about how to continue the theme of the Monday photos now that it is getting fucking hot outside. The fur hat and trench coat were okay when it wasn’t a million degrees outside. But even looking at them these days makes me break into a sweat.

I’m working on a few ideas. We shall see which one comes together the best without costing an arm and a leg.

Today is going to be a pretty relaxed day.

Comparatively speaking.

If the weather holds, I’m planning on doing my hive inspection today. I feel like I haven’t seen my ladies in a while. The rainy and windy weather last week meant they weren’t too active. I didn’t get a chance to go by and say hi to them yesterday.

So maybe today will be a good day for it.

Fingers crossed.

I’m going to go drink some coffee and enjoy the day before it gets stupid hot.
