That are roughly 160 BPM.
I’d like to begin this morning by wishing a great big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Jitterbug. Be sure to send along greetings as well.
If you know what’s good for you.
You know what’s dumb?
It’s real dumb.
Which precisely what I’m about to go do in a minute.
Yesterday started dumb too.
I’m rocking a pretty solid 10 minute mile. Which isn’t bad considering the time trials I’m doing involve equal walking and running intervals.
Overall not bad for a person who has avoided running for like two years.
And then like 30 before that.
Even when I did do it before, I only did it for two weeks or so.
You know why?
Because it’s dumb.
It’s a good thing that I am naturally predisposed to be just that.
After my double workout dumb-dumb time yesterday, I dropped Jitterbug’s birthday gift off to her and then I met up with the Blacksmith and geeked out over nerdy shit as per usual.
Then I went to work and ran all the errands.
Then I took one of the most ridiculously complex Daily Photos I’ve ever attempted. I had to jury rig the ever-loving-shit out of my setup, but it paid off…
That is what happens when you’re 37 years old and buy yourself a (long overdue) pirate’s spyglass and then meticulously line it up with your camera.
I’ve got to run.
After that I’m going to probably cry myself to sleep, shower, and then go eat lunch with Word to Me for early Mother’s Day.
Tonight I’m not talking to people. Only to comics.
See ya’ on Monday.
More soon. ~SC
