Happy Girls & Women In Sports Day!!!

I had intended to arrange a photoshoot with a local sports team, but I got distracted by being exhausted and installing a door, more on that in a minute, and so I opted to just celebrate the way my 14-year-old self would have celebrated…

Bwwwaaaaaa…

So, I’m tired.

I haven’t really had any recovery time in the past week or so and I’m feeling it.

All of my attempts at resting are against my nature. Especially when there’s work to be done.

Yesterday was no exception.

I spent the majority of the day, and night, installing our new front door. Because the old front door was a piece of shit.

I was wrecked come bedtime.

So I am taking my time this morning. Hence the tardiness of the post.

I’m about to drink another cup of coffee and go use all the hot water when I shower.

I need to tidy up the kitchen and gather a few supplies for finishing up the trim work on the door.

Then I’ve got to go up the hill for work errands.

And comics.

Then a quiet afternoon of puttering around the house.

And probably more coffee.

You can’t really expect me to get too worked up on a dat that’s this rainy.
