Happy Scrabble Day!

So remind me not to say things like “I don’t really have much to do today.” or “I get to just work on things at my leisure.” ever again.

Yesterday kicked my ass.

I had all these plans about napping and getting around slowly to recover from the brutal full body workout.

So of course I had an emergency trip up the hill to make first thing. And it kept me there all morning and into early afternoon.

I then busted ass all afternoon to get my work done before heading off to make soups for the lenten dinner at the kids’ school. Then I picked up Aldis the Golden Boy and headed to his baseball skirmish.

He played great.

I just needed to pee and got cold. Which made the needing to pee even better.

I cleaned the kitchen and called it a fucking day.

I started to read comics and fell asleep.

Today is Saturday.

It is going to be chilly and rainy.

I AM SO BUSY TODAY.

NO TIME FOR SWEATPANTS AND COMICBOOKS.

I do have time for a little run if the rain holds off, though.
