Are the pain equivalent of white noise.

Or pink or brown noise for that matter.

Depending on the day.

Yesterday was definitely white.

If you catch my drift.

The most privileged of headaches.

Mostly it was just a dull grind all day.

It never got worse.

Or better for that matter.

Just the slow ache in my face.

After my morning run, I cranked out most of the days work before 11am.

Because that’s what I do.

After I got my work done, I walked around a lot.

Mainly to keep myself from falling asleep.

I also finished two books.

And started a new one.

After work I thought I was going to have to take Debb the Blebb to a football game.

But her friends all bailed, so we all went to Aldis the Goldenboy’s baseball practice.

It was riveting…

After practice there was a scramble to get everyone fed, showered, and put to bed.

Once their homework was done, of course.

All so I could finally go to bed.

Which is where I wanted to be since 6:45am yesterday morning.

Today is another day of trying not to fall asleep on the job.
