Turning your pepper step into the walking trots.

Every single time.

We took our time getting around yesterday.

I think by the time we finish workout and sat down for breakfast it was nearly 11:30am.

Then I dicked around in my soft pants for the next two hours while the girls started getting dressed up for dinner.

After showering, I got started making brussels sprouts.

That was all Beatle Sue asked me to make for Thanksgiving, so I made them the best I could.

And they turned out better than I’ve ever made them.

I think I’ve finally pinned down my technique.

Then it was dinner time.

We all feasted to our heart’s content in the tiny group that sees each other every day.

And then we ate pies.

And then we napped…

And today is Friday.

Nothing like chasing a fucking huge dinner and dessert with an early morning Leg Day workout.

Don’t worry, I’ll get to walk up and down stairs all day, too.

Other than a little work today, I don’t think I have anything concrete on the books from now until Monday.

Maybe I’ll finally start a fire in the yard.

Or maybe I’ll just nap.
