There’s no one more amiable than Beatle Sue.
She is the sweetest and does everything for everyone.
Maybe take a moment today to express your gratitude for her.

This week is just off.
We’ve been trying to work out in the mornings and it’s just not happening.
So we decided to listen to our bodies and the universe and whatever and just take the week off to recover.
No workouts until Monday.
Maybe some stretching or light yoga or whatnot.
No coddamn bear crawls or burpees or mule-to-frogs.
No hauling wood or remodeling anything.
Sometimes you’ve just gotta remind yourself why you do all the stuff all the time.
Especially when you have a Thursday like mine planned out.
