The word of the day is: Bower.

The ground was way damper than I would’ve prefered.

Yesterday was kind of a blur.

I bought a lot of cheese.

And read a bit.

Then we had breakfast for dinner.

Which is pretty much all the clear memories that I have.

Today we are staring the next workout program.

30-minute brutal workouts for the next three weeks.

And then another round of similar for three weeks after that.

Then spring will be in the air.

And I can go running again.

By then I’ll have read a fuckload of books.

Hopefully.

But first, I’ve gotta get to work.
