[ boh-luhs ] noun, plural bo·lus·es. Pharmacology, Veterinary Medicine. a round mass of medicinal material, larger than an ordinary pill. Abbreviation: bol. a soft, roundish mass or lump, especially of chewed food.

Literally every bite of food you swallow is a bolus.

Yesterday was a lot of me fighting with LED strip lighting.

And rereading “The Cuckoo’s Calling” for the 847th time.

Jitterbug and I both read 19 books last month.

We are staying pretty neck and neck so far.

But I cashed in a bunch of rewards points for gift cards, so I’ve got a sizable stack of books on its way to me as we speak.

Or rather, as I type and you read.

I decided to start clearing out my wishlist of old stuff that I never get around to buying.

All those graphic novels and trade paperbacks I added back in 2017?

Ordered.

This is a first big step in catching me up on all the comics that I didn’t read for the last twenty years.

I’m currently halfway through the complete “Persepolis”.

Which is phenomenal.

The best part of today is that I might actually get some quality reading time in.

Now that all the anti-maskers are getting COVID around here, everything is getting cancelled.

So that clears my schedule up for reading.

Yay?

Anyway, I’ve got make a cup of coffee for the road so I can get my work done.
