Yesterday was a day of logistics.

And painting beehives.

Mostly logistics.

Planning for more beehives.

I also had my first run of 2021.

Still clocking under a ten minute mile.

And got a 5k in to boot.

Today is more beehive work.

And maybe some wildflower work too if there’s time.

Today is upper body day at workout as well.

Yay.

It’ll be nice for my upper body to feel like it was hit by a truck.

Like my lower body has been feeling for two days.

At least there won’t be any squats for a couple of days.

Small victories, right?
