Money can’t buy me glove.
The word of the day is: Fascinating.
|[ fas-uh-ney-ting ]|
of great interest or attraction; enchanting; charming; captivating:
a fascinating story; fascinating jewelry.
I spent almost the entire day sitting at my desk yesterday.
It was awful.
The administrative assistant at the office was out sick, so I had to cover the door for her.
So I sat.
At my desk.
Waiting for the doorbell to ring.
And no workout because it was a rest day.
So I had to hustle after work to get my steps in for the day.
Also having not left my desk I only had two granola bars from breakfast until dinner.
Which was another dumb thing I did.
On a brighter note, I did read three books.
I read the second volume of “RUMBLE”, “Dracula, Motherfucker!”, and “Form of a Question”.
All three were excellent.
And I started reading “Black Hammer ’45”.
Up next I’m rereading “Here” by Richard McGuire.
Because it’s genius.
Not that I’m very likely to get to sit and read a lot today.
Which is a busy day.
And there’s a chance I’ll have to squeeze covering the door again into the mix.
See ya’ tomorrow.
More soon. ~SC
