I feel like you could put shotgun shells into it and wreck a motherfucker.

After consulting YouTube, I have learned that a plastic flare gun cannot withstand the explosive force of a shotgun shell.

If you try this it will most likely explode in your hand.

You can, however, fire flares out of a shotgun.

Double barrelled, sawed-off shotgun and a bandolier of flares here I come.
