I’m The David Sedaris Of My Life.

I don’t mean in that in a “I’m a talented writer.” kind of way, but more in the way that David Sedaris described himself once as the friendly neighborhood junk man collecting everyone he knows’s garbage. That garbage just so happens to be the events of their lives, but whatever. I’m like the junkman in my own life.

Anywho, it’s Friday! That means my new article is up on the City Wire. If you would like to read it, click here: Muy Delicioso. If you would not like to read the article, click here: Ay Dios Mio. One day, I want to be able to write an article as brilliant as this one:

So, I’ve got a bit of a reprieve. I get to go a few days without it being somebody’s birthday. I dread August sometimes because of this. There are so many of you stinking Leos and Virgos out there that the whole month is one big birthday party. The kind where there’s a clown who is not really into the party and is secretly stealing the silverware.

In other news, my meeting with Mike Tango got postponed until the 18th, so I think I might try to have lunch with Word to Me today. Plus, I need to have her stamp a few things for me anyway.

Somewhere in there there’s something about a brad gun, and third of a box of wine, and a tiny baby cat, but I forget.

Well, that’s almost all I’ve got for you today. The last order of business is Sweetbread’s new post. Click here to see: Stray Cat Strut. Anywho, I’m off to work. More soon. ~SC
