The Mouse Or The Snake.

It is raining and cool out this morning. This could be why I really had to force myself out of bed only to discover 12 missed calls and 5 new voice mails. Drama. This is precisely why my phone lives in my office and remains in quiet little vibrate mode.

Yesterday was an awesome day. It was a breath of fresh air to have a good day for a change. I won’t get used to it, though. Not for a while. Especially if the 12 missed calls are in any way foreshadowing for today. Anyways, the day started with receiving the new front page image from Dave. Then I went to work to discover that my efficiency was too efficient, so I took the day off. Sort of. In an attempt to get my math tutoring taken care of earlier in the day, for both of our convenience, I wound up going to a meeting at my student’s school where I watched with amazement as a whole group of teachers, coaches, and administration got together to help work out his schedule around the way that he learns. Bring the content to the student, not the other way around. It was truly inspiring. After the meeting, we had our lesson, and I went by and found the photobooth in the mall that, despite the word of other less reliable sources, was right where Pancake Land said it would be. Daily Photo, in the bag.

After letting a machine take my Daily Photo for me, I headed back to the studio to meet the VBHS art instructor who needed to order glazes. Thus, giving me something to do for the rest of the week. Hooray for something to do! Then I came home ate chili pie and watched Hesher. It was friggin’ awesome. If you haven’t had the chance to see it yet, make it a point to watch it immediately. So very Metal.

In other news, there’s a new post from Furious Jessy and a new post from Back Alley Trey. Man, yesterday rocked. The time has come for me to find out if today will also rock. More soon. ~SC
