This idea is of course bullshit.
I personally get a happy feeling when I listen to good metal. I find its good for listening to when going for a run, or getting really stoned and painting or drawing, or doing yoga, or while steering your killdozer over the broken bodies of your enemies. Ya know, really anytime is good for metal, especially in the morning!
