And deposition.

Phase transitions are different than phase shifts. If you were wondering. But both are important when talking about quantum matter in relation to the state of observation.

Too heavy for the beginning of the post?

Let’s start again.

Shuddup.

Yesterday was the beginning of 2015. It was dark, rainy, and cold. Things sure are looking up already.

Glad you made those resolutions? I’m glad you made them as well. Why? Because that helps us segue right into the interview the Blacksmith shot for Channel 5 news. You can watch it here.

And speaking of gyms and people not holding themselves accountable for their own fitness, there was this really great article on All Things Considered the other day about people not going to the gym. Hold on a second and I’ll see if I can find it. Found it. If you want to listen to it, click here.

Okay, now are you ready to talk about phase shift?

sine_c8

No?!

sigh.

Fine. We can talk about what I’m going to do today instead.

Today, my plan is to do as much and as little as possible at the same time. Today is monthly maintenance day. It is the day I pay bills, go grocery shopping, and visit Steph the Sage to have one wonderful hour of relaxation.

Tomorrow, we are going to attempt to watch the expanded edition of The Fellowship of the Ring over at Sica and Clip Kid’s house at 2pm. If you’d like to join us, you are welcome to. Bring snacks.

That is all I’ve got for you today. Since you don’t want to talk about phase shifts, that is.

Have a great weekend.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
