With a flutter down under.

I’ll be gone for a bit.

And I won’t be making posts while I’m gone.

So, I’m going to go ahead and wish a few folks (Johnny Goodtime YGB, Fireman Nick, Drew Draws, Prince Jazzbo, Grizzly Kate, and anybody else I missed) a very Happy Birthday. Be sure to wish them all happy ones on the actual day. Don’t do something lame like wish them a blanket greeting days ahead of time.

Now, on to more pressing matters.

I’m leaving. On a jet plane. I know roughly when I’ll be back again.

And I’m so excited.

Well, maybe not that excited.

Ah, who am I kidding? I’m that excited.

I get a few days of real vacation. Granted I’m going with the full knowledge that my friends are about to put me to work. But still. Vacation.

Baking cookies. Painting floats. Gettin’ inked. Runnin’ jewels.

NOLA bound. Aim your good doogies toward the Crescent City.
