That’s probably just the Speed Force though.

I’d like to begin this Grismas eve post by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Blatzy. Be sure to wish him one today as well.

Yesterday was a blur. The holidays always get this way for me though. I just can’t process this much stimuli. I’m going on a week already of people being in town and wanting to do stuff. And it’s about to get so much worse. The next few days are going to be a haze.

Since shit’s about to hit the social fan, I took last night off from people. I made a giant salad and watched “the Intern”, which I’ve been dying to see. If you recall, I almost went to see it in the theater on my Halloween self-date, but saw “the Martian” instead. Both of them were excellent. I’m glad I waited for a decent copy of “the Intern” to become available. It was so good.

I needed that good vibe last night. Or rather, it was nice to continue the feel good vibe that I’ve got going on this week. After my shrink used his ancient Chinese black magic on me Monday night, I’ve been all Peter Gibbons about life, the universe, and everything.

This is a very telling statement, but it’s nice to feel happy.

I apparently hadn’t done that in a while.

A long while.

Today I’m hoping to continue that happy feeling. No, I’m not talking about spending time with my family. I’m talking about the Shooting Star bringing me my very own type cabinet. I rested this morning because I’m saving myself for hauling type up a very tall staircase. An entire cabinet full to be exact. And then an empty cabinet, that just so happens to be full of empty cases. So, a full but empty cabinet. If that makes sense.

Speaking of him providing me with cool stuff, he sent me this the other. It’s brilliant…

All right. I should go prepare for that. And for seeing my family. I need to figure out what I’m taking to this party tonight.
