I’d like to begin this morning by wishing a very Happy Birthday to D-Man. Be sure to do so as well.

Before we get in to today’s song, I’d like to make a correction about yesterday’s. So, the song was not “Coup de Villes” by John Carpenter. It was actually John Carpenter’s group Coup de Villes performing the title track from the soundtrack for the film “Big Trouble In Little China”.

I survived my first week of pony camp. I almost saw ponies yesterday but I averted my eyes just in time. It was close.

Let me tell ya’, I’m exhausted. And I’m about to go to the most tiring of workouts in this circuit. It’s gonna be a grueling day.

I’m glad I’m resting tomorrow.
