So, yesterday started out super shitty.

I slept for butt. I had these awesome nightmares where strangers kept flicking lit cigarettes at me.

Then I went to a solo workout that was 9 million degrees and 190% humidity.

Then I drove over a turtle on the drive home. And I crushed the ever loving shit out of it. If I was capable of crying, I would’ve at that point.

Because it was barely 7am.

I considered just going back to bed.

Slowly, through a combination of drugs, coffee, talking things out, and being super productive, the day improved.

I decided to pretend to be Bad News Kathy for the Daily Photo. You know, because the Unexpected is happening…

Pretty early in the day, my work load shifted to the afternoon, so I headed to the studio and printed all the covers for the new notebooks. ALL OF THEM.

7 different designs. Probably 20-30 of each design.

That may not sound like a lot, but I had to swap the type out for each different design, so it took all morning.

Then I worked all afternoon. Mostly driving and waiting on things and people.

Finally the day came back into the good zone when my comic hook up called to tell me she had the new issue of Saga for me. So, I ran and picked that up.

Then I read it.

So good.

And I called it an early night. In an attempt to be well rested for the usual Thursday shit show.

Let the chaos begin!
