Really bad ideas.

That’s what the pizza cake is.

Happy Pizza Day!!

So the idea was to make a layer cake out of pizzas. And then “ice” it with cheese.

But make it so shitty that it becomes good.

So I took 8 Totino’s triple cheese party pizzas and added eight different ingredients to them. I added minced garlic, shallots, artichoke hearts, black olives, mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, and sun-dried tomatoes.

That sounds pretty good right?

Then I stacked them up.

And covered it in Velveeta.

I would say that that was where I went wrong, but I think it was a bad idea from conception and it just stayed bad.

I keep trying to tell myself that if I had done this or that differently, it would’ve been better.

You might think that there’s something special about that little white speck on top of chicken shit, but it’s still just chicken shit.

Do I regret making the pizza cake?

Fuck no I don’t.

It was an awesome idea.

Awesomely bad.

Will I ever make another one?

Probably not.

Definitely not with Velveeta icing.

That was a waste of perfectly good liquid gold that I could’ve made mac-n-cheese with.

Now I’m going to go celebrate Pizza Day some more by eating a fuckload of fresh veggies.
