How can I have so much gas inside of me?

The word of the day is: Faith.

Never fail to arouse the great compassion and be of use to others.

Yesterday a very, very long day.

We started the day with a workout.

Then work.

Then second COVID shots.

Then more work.

I checked on the bees.

I ran errands.

I sorted out everyone’s shit.

Then I fed Jitterbug and went for a run.

I ate a healthy dinner of chicken and veggies.

My meal tracker told me that I needed to eat about 500 more calories.

And most of those calories needed to be carbs.

So I ate a giant bowl of Very Berry Cheerios.

They’re good, but not even in the same league as the Banana Nut Cheerios.

Then I went to fucking bed.

Because the day felt like it was 40 hours long.

Today is going to be a little easier.

I think.
