Yesterday was a day of driving.

And of errands.

I also slept for shit and chased it with my first run in ages.

So that sucked.

But you gotta get the suck outta your system before you get back in the groove.

Only 28 more days of purging the suck.

Then I’m gonna be grooving.

I can’t wait to start getting my miles back.

I’ve taken a giant shit on this year so far in the accomplishing goals department.

And not in a good way.

But in a “I’ve eaten nothing but cheese biscuits for the last two weeks and this rock-hard meteorite of a turd is about to tear it’s way out of my anus and lie steaming on all my hopes and dreams.” kind of way.

Today’s workout is core.

Because I need to move all these Girl Scout cookies around.

After that i’m just gonna keep trucking on my lists and errands.
