Yesterday was a good day.

I got a lot of the trim cut for the puppet theater. Then I ran out of a few supplies.

“Your Molecular Structure”

After I finished with that I started splitting wood for the Forever Fire™. Until the handle of the splitting maul broke.

The axe handle broke the other day, too. So, I was out of excuses to not go to the hardware store. I needed stuff for the theater. I needed an axe and a maul handle.

They were out of axe handles. I got a maul handle. The guy suggested looking in hardware for an axe handle, instead of in garden tools.

This is when I met Estelle. She’s the new love of my life. And she’s only got eyes for me. She’s also an axe. She’s a 26 inch Estwing Camper’s Axe, to be exact. And she allows me to call her Stella. But not you. You have to call her Miss Estelle.

After that, my day got kinda hijacked by that beauty.

Today is looking to be a cold one. It was sleeting pretty heavily last night, and I haven’t looked outside to see what the roads look like, but regardless of road conditions I’ve got to go work on the theater today.

And do laundry.

And maybe eat some chicken fingers.
