A night of regretting that hot link to remember.

Hey.

So, I am an addict.

I’m addicted to being stupid.

Yesterday I wore myself out.

I worked out.

Ate breakfast.

Took a nap.

Took a shower.

Worked all day.

Waited on a thunderstorm that never showed up…

Monday, June 25

Ate butter chicken for dinner.

Went to swim practice.

Ate a steak. And a hot link.

Then went for a run.

Then ate a chicken thigh.

And went the fuck to bed.

All because I am addicted to being dumb.

I mean seriously. Three fucking workouts and a full day of work.

Why do I do this to myself?

Today I won’t be going nearly as hard.

Sure I’m mucking out an area at the ranch. In the hot sun.

And I’ve got swim practice again tonight.

But for the most part, it’s going to be a way more relaxed day.

I’d better get a move on. I’d like to get as much done as possible before it gets awful hot outside.
