Happy Spaghetti Day!!!

I highly recommend the pork sausage meatballs. They’re excellent.

Yesterday finally started to act like a work day.

I didn’t buy cheese. Or eggs.

I did clean my kitchen, though.

I decided to hold off on the reorganizing of my kitchen until this weekend. When I have to crank up the meal prepping some more.

I mean I meal prepped yesterday, but only a few things.

I’ll do a little bit more today. After my errands.

Yesterday I listened to this while I cooked…

It was really amazing. And Billy Crystal wrote it, too. If you weren’t sold on it before now.

I’ve also been reading Matt Kindt’s MIND MGMT. I’m well into the second volume already. It is really fucking great. I keep catching myself wanting to shirk whatever it is that I’m doing in my day so I can go read it.

I don’t have a lot going on this weekend and I plan on keeping it that way. I need to recover from the fucking holidays and all the peopling that came along with them.

Before the Le Duc gets into town and we get to do it all again.

All right. I’m about to start the celebrations today with a cup of coffee.

Because that’s how I celebrate the beginning of every day.
