Today’s word is: Apophenia.

That’s how I spent my Saturday.

Other than that, I didn’t really do anything of note.

I read.

I napped.

I conquered.

Some donuts.

Conquered a lot of donuts.

And pizza.

Rest week is the best.

That all ends today.

Back to clean eating and exercise.

Right after I finish off these last few donuts.
