Okay, then. Now that we have established what day it is, let’s talk about the things rotating around today. I guess we should begin with the things that occurred yesterday, bring us up to the present, and then blast us off into the future. Right.

Well, I think I did really well on my Microbiology test. The majority of the test questions were over immunoglobulins and the classical and alternative pathways of the complement cascade. It’s a good thing I focused on those two things when I was studying. After the test, I worked on getting the rest of the type cabinets labeled and organized and I set up the second set of spacing materials. I also brainstormed a lot about using my press. So, when I got home last night I researched lots of fun stuff like tympans and red pressboard and brass rule. I know you are jealous. It’s okay, I’d be jealous too if you were as cool as me.

Oh, one more exciting thing that happened yesterday, Peter Jackson released a sneak peek into the filming of The Hobbit. It rocks:

I have to work today. So, since I have to work today, I cannot attend the Undergraduate Research Symposium at school. Since I cannot attend the URS at school, I was given an assignment in my Microbiology class. Yesterday morning, right before the test, Dr. A walked around handing out 3×5 note cards. I got one. Mine says my name at the top and below that all it says is “Construction and maintenance of Winogradsky columns”. That’s it. Nothing about guidlines of the paper or anything, just as long as the general focus is around this subject, I guess. Okay then. I’ll let you know when I find out more about these things.

So that brings us up to now. I am currently running late for work. I just ordered replacement parts for my mower. Whoo! I’m going to try and find the model number on the dryer and get that handled today as well. Operation B should be here anytime after noon. I am going to be laying bamboo flooring all day. That sums it up, I think. I’m off to work. More soon. ~SC
